Outbound’s Lucida will feature plenty of Southwestern cuisine. Diners can look forward to menu items like Prickly Pear Parfaits, Mesquite Salmon, Ancient Grain Bowls and House-blend Steakburgers. Main Street in Cottonwood has a new restaurant. Saverino’s Italian-American Kitchen & Raw Bar opened back in March in Cottonwood. According to the restaurant, Saverino’s strives to blend “timeless Italian recipes with beloved American favorites.” A few items on dinner menu include Vodka Chicken Parm, Rigatoni Alla Vodka and Tomato Basil pasta. Acclaimed chef Rochelle Daniel of Atria is slated to open new concepts in Flagstaff this summer. These include the Pompette Bistro, a modern Parisian bistro that serves a grab-and-go breakfast menu along with a sit-down lunch and dinner menu. Pompette Bakery, where customers can fresh pastries and breads. Little Rich Girl Speakeasy is an intimate venue that will offer craft cocktails and late-night snacks. Each place is slated to open on the corner of Leroux Street sometime in June or July of 2026.
