Given how Sedona is such a health-focused city, it was no surprise to us that West Sedona’s EarthLove Organic Kitchen took off. The organic café and coffee shop has been serving local diners since it opened on Nov. 5, 2025. EarthLove’s menu mentions that the café uses no seed oils or refined sugars. When we’re searching for a filling, nutritious breakfast or lunch, this is where we’d go.
The last time we visited, we ordered the Avocado Toast. We’ll never tire of sinking our teeth into the organic local sourdough that’s topped with smashed avocado, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, truffle oil, Parmesan cheese, sea salt and pepper. All the savory ingredients made for one delicious, filling and light breakfast option. Quiches are another highlight. We’re fond of the Sausage & Goat Cheese option. The savory chicken apple sausage, red bell peppers, spinach and rich goat cheese baked into the eggs made for one decadent and hearty offering. Quiches also come with a fresh side salad and rosemary tallow potatoes that we couldn’t get enough of. The tallow makes these extra crispy, and the rosemary adds a nice aromatic flavor. For a sweeter breakfast order, try the AB & Banana Waffle. This casava – a type of root vegetable – waffle is served with almond butter, berries and bananas and drizzled with butter and syrup.
EarthLove is also noteworthy for its coffee, which is all roasted locally. Find your standard espresso-based drinks like drip coffee, cappuccinos, flat whites and americanos alongside more inventive offerings like the Sedona EarthLove Latte. This caffeine-free drink features chocolate cacao made with red beetroot – which gives this latte a vibrant red color – is sweetened with vanilla honey and finished with coconut and sea salt.
For lunch, we’d go for the Salmon Bowl. Sink your fork into wild caught salmon bites, cucumber salad and sauteed fresh veggies served over sushi rice and topped with tahini sauce. Each bite delivers fresh and healthy ingredients that EarthLove is renowned for. − A Sedona Foodie
