When you’re looking at one of Pamela DeLay’s paintings, you might as well be looking up. Pamela’s work primarily focuses on the sky and its cloud shapes. The award-winning painter – who works in pastel, acrylic and oil – will be displaying her work during her show “Look Up” at the Sedona City Council Chambers from now until Jan. 11, 2027. “By addressing my own human role through my art, I wanted to visually emphasize the fragile, changing nature of clouds, skies and land, and why it is so important for us to pay attention to these moments,” said DeLay. DeLay is donating all proceeds from the exhibit to the Sedona Women Scholarship Fund. This fund provides scholarships for up to $3,500 per year to Verde Valley women whose education has been interrupted. Private viewings are available by appointment.
