Ann Marinic, owner and founder of CARE Esthetics Sedona, wants women to feel naturally confident in their own skin and founded her holistic med spa in Sedona to help further that mission. “I want to encourage women to invest in themselves. Taking time for self-care isn’t vanity – it’s self-respect. When you feel good in your skin, it radiates into every aspect of your life,” she says. “We focus on holistic, science-backed approaches to skin rejuvenation and hair thickening, offering innovative treatments that leverage the body’s natural healing abilities to enhance skin health and appearance.” Like many in the wellness industry, she enjoys helping others and watching as their lives improve.
“I love helping women and men become the best version of themselves. Seeing the transformation – both physically and emotionally – is incredibly rewarding. When a client feels more confident and radiant, it’s a reminder of why I do what I do,” she says. Prior to this, Ann worked in the dental industry for years. Like plenty of working women, she struggles to carve out time to care for herself, but also understands the importance of doing so. “I believe women should feel empowered to pursue their passions and embrace leadership roles. Owning my own business has allowed me to help others feel their best while also making a positive impact in my community. As a mother and business owner, I know how easy it is for women to put everyone else first and forget to care for themselves. But it’s so important for women to carve out time for self-care, helping them feel and look their best,” she says.
Above all, she wants her clients to have a truly holistic approach to caring for themselves. “I believe in a whole-body approach to beauty. Skin health is deeply connected to overall wellness, and my treatments reflect that philosophy,” she says. “The most rewarding part of my work is empowering women through self-care and confidence. When a client looks in the mirror and sees their natural beauty enhanced – without drastic or unnatural changes – it’s a truly powerful moment.” Ann appreciates Sedona’s vibrancy and natural beauty.
