The Camp Verde Pecan & Wine Festival is returning to downtown Camp Verde on March 19 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on March 20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Look forward to a celebration of pecans and wine. A total of 13 Arizona wineries will be pouring at the festival. Specifically, you can try wines from Alcantara Vineyards, Cove Mesa Vineyard, Salt Mine Wine, Bodega Pierce and Winery 101. Including the local wine, festival-goers also can look forward to a competitive pecan pie contest, a Budweiser beer garden, more than 70 food trucks and a children’s art exhibit and puppet theatre. Admission is free. Wine tasting tickets purchased in advance cost $20. Tasting tickets purchased the day of the festival cost $25.
