Piano on the Rocks

Sandrine Erdely-Sayo, a pianist performing in the “Piano on the Rocks International Festival” from April 22 to 24.

 


The dynamic Piano on the Rocks International Festival is returning to Sedona from April 22 to 24. Audience members can look forward to three different performances featuring piano music accompanied by poetry and literature readings. The shows will feature three pianists including French pianist Jean-Marc Luisada, American pianist Cynthia Raim and French/American pianist Sandrine Erdely-Sayo. German Mezzo-Soprano Sonja Bruzauskas will sing several of German composer Robert Schumann songs. Composer Anna Rubin will present her new work “Powehi.” Actress Pamela Fields will narrate Anna’s new piece. The shows are free, but a donation of $20 is appreciated. The performances are held at 4 p.m. each day at the Sedona United Methodist Church on 110 Indian Cliffs Road. Visit pianoontherocks.org for more information.
