Bacon & Brie Melt From Indian Gardens
Ingredients
- 2 slices 9 Grain Wheat Bread
- Triple Cream French Brie
- Beeler’s Bacon
- Organic Arugula
- Dalmatia Fig Spread
Instructions
- Heat a griddle or frying pan with butter, laying both pieces of bread down to grill.
- Cover one slice of bread with thinly sliced French brie and spread Dalmatia Fig Spread on the other.
- Once bread is grilled, but not burnt, remove from pan, add four slices of Beeler’s Bacon on top of the Brie, and a half handful of organic arugula.
- Cover with the other piece of bread, cut and serve warm.
