Santa and his most trusted elves are coming to Backland to get ready for the big day! The North Pole Experience and Backland have teamed up to create an unforgettable holiday experience—where Santa’s Workshop meets the Northern Wilderness. Join Santa and his elves for an all-inclusive two-night stay from December 5-7, 2025. The Experience includes chef-prepared holiday meals, festive treats, and exclusive NPE designed activities especially for Backland guests. Get hands-on time in Santa’s Workshop, enjoy cozy evenings under the stars and even get some one on one time with Santa himself! Suits start at $1460 with per person pricing at $180/child and $175/adult. Itinerary features:

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5
– Check-In: 4:00 PM: Settle into your suite (decorated for Christmas) and explore the property.
– Dinner: 5:00–7:00 PM.
– Welcome Evening Magic With Santa’s Elves: Christmas s’mores by the fire, stargazing under Backland’s pristine dark skies, and “Santa Lore & the Aurora”—a storytelling experience that brings the legend of the North Pole to life.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6
– Continental Breakfast: 8:00–10:00 AM
– Elf Workshop Day: Throughout the day, guests rotate through enchanting stations led by Santa’s elves. Lunch is provided.
– Toy Workshop – Help the elves with holiday creations.
– Bakery Stop – Decorate cookies and enjoy fresh treats.
– Elf Nature University – Play games, learn Santa lore, and discover Backland nature secrets.
– Mail Room – Write heartfelt letters to Santa on special North Pole stationery.
– Santa Experience: Despite his busy schedule Santa let us know he would be spending the afternoon/Evening with us to spread true christmas spirit and cheer. He especially requested that he spend some time with each child hearing about their wishes and dreams. Each child is presented a special gift from Santa. (Santa needs parents help for this!)
– Christmas Dinner: 5:00–7:00 PM – A classic holiday meal with all the fixings.
– Christmas Bedtime Stories

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7
– Continental Breakfast: 8:00–10:00 AM
– Enjoy a farewell meal and final photo moments.
– Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Deck Your Tent at Backland Luxury Resort  | Williams, AZ 

This luxury eco resort in Northern Arizona features luxury glamping tents, picnic programming and on-site dining amongst other luxe amenities and come holiday time, Backland brings the holly jolly with a “Deck Your Tent” package that allows guests to add holiday decor to their tent for the duration of their stay. Backland’s  luxury tent will be fully decorated for Christmas with a 6′ lit and decorated tree, lighted garland over the sliding glass doors, and a Christmas gift basket containing various sweets and snacks. Backland will be decorated for the season with a holiday tree on display, lights twinkling against the starry forest sky, decorations in the lobby, complimentary apple cider,  hot chocolate with candy canes and Christmas crafts throughout the month of December. Guests can savor the flavors of the season with specialty menus on Thanksgiving and Christmas as well!. For Thanksgiving, enjoy a juicy turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, warm rolls, rich gravy, savory stuffing and, of course, the classic pumpkin pie while Christmas will feature a honey-glazed ham, savory stuffing, all the fixin’s, and pie for dessert.
