Cally is a super cute one-and-a-half year old German Shepherd mix who is looking for a home! She has the sweetest little face and goofiest personality. Cally is just barely out of puppyhood and no one bothered to tell her that! She has all the puppy energy wrapped up in a 75 lb. body. She is a fetch extraordinaire and loves chasing tennis balls. If you get distracted for a minute, don’t worry, she will roll the ball to you with her nose to remind you that the game isn’t finished! For as outgoing and playful as she is, Cally can be a little shy when you first meet her. With a slow and steady introduction, she seems to warm up quickly – especially if you present her with a tennis ball or a special treat. Once she knows you, she is loyal and loving. Cally needs a family who will help her spend all her puppy energy with constructive activities! Hiking? Long walks? Endless games of fetch? She’s your girl! She is a very intelligent dog and we think she would do well with some formal training. Because of her size and activity level, Cally would do best in an adult-only home. She does get along with other dogs, but a meet and greet is always welcome. Cally is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all of her vaccines.
