Featured Pet of the Month: Sampson

Sampson

Sampson is a beautiful 5 ½ year old dog who is looking for a home. He was found as a stray in Sunset Park in Sedona back in June and has been waiting to find a family ever since at the Humane Society of Sedona. Sampson is a lovable ham with a big personality, and he knows how to keep everyone smiling. He had clearly been living the rugged outdoor life for a while when he was found, and not much is known about his history. Since then, he’s been cleaned up, spoiled with affection, and is soaking up every bit of love. Sampson enjoys being outside and going for walks. He’s a bit of an escape artist, so he’ll need a home with a secure yard or tall fencing to keep him safe. He is very smart and playful – great at catch! He would probably make a great adventure companion for an active and strong handler. The red rocks are certainly calling him! Sampson is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. His adoption fee has been fully sponsored. Anyone interested in meeting Sampson is encouraged to call the Humane Society of Sedona at 928-282-4679 to schedule an appointment!

(Neutered Male, Weight: 77lbs, Current on all vaccinations and microchipped, Age: 5 years, 6 months, Arrived at shelter: 6/5/25, Adoption Fee: Sponsored)
