The City of Sedona is hosting outdoor movies as part of its Sedona Summer Cinema Series – Movies in The Park. Head to Posse Grounds Pavilion on every Friday in June to catch a free flick. The first movie will be “Mamma Mia.” Attendees are welcome to bring their own blankets, chairs and food. Alcohol is not permitted. In the event of inclement weather, the movies will be shown indoors at The Hub. Movies start between 7:45 to 8 p.m. Visit sedonaaz.gov for more information. On June 8, the City of Cottonwood will be hosting its Cottonwood Summer Cinema Series. The City will show one movie in June, July and August. Head to the Cottonwood Aquatics Center on June 8 to watch the film “Luca.” Admission is free. Gates open at 7:45 p.m. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
