The City of Sedona’s Celebration of Spring festival is returning on April 8 to Posse Grounds Park. Held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the festival will feature a free egg hunt, carnival rides, a petting zoo and food vendors. The egg hunt is for kids ages 12 and younger. They can look forward to searching for more than 22,000 eggs. Check the website for the specifics. Children need to bring their own baskets. The rides require a pass of $5 to ride for everyone 2 years old or older. Head to Nashwa Farms (3500 Mahoney Road in Camp Verde) for an Easter Egg Hunt & Spring Festival. Held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the festival will feature egg hunts at noon and 12:15 p.m. Other paid options include face painting, pony rides, food trucks, baked goods, balloon twisting and activity workshops. General admission tickets for adults cost $5 and $10 for kids, plus taxes and fees. The price of admission and egg hunt is included with the ticket price. Parking costs $5 per vehicle.
