Featured Pet of the Month: Ken

Ken

Ken was brought to the Humane Society of Sedona when he was found as a stray in Camp Verde. He has been with HSS since late July and it’s time he finds a family! Ken is a laid back, loving guy. He’s very affectionate with people but is not fond of other dogs. He needs to be your one and only! Ken is a big dog (around 75 lbs.!) which we believe has been a hurdle in his adoption. While he is strong, he’s a little on the lazy-bones side. He enjoys short walks only, would do great with a big yard, and will definitely need time to snuggle with you daily. He is well mannered and non-destructive. It’s possible he would do well with kids, but of course he would need to meet the whole family first! Ken is a cattle dog mix, is about 3 years old, neutered, microchipped and is up to date on all his vaccines. He would love to meet you! Please call the shelter between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to schedule an appointment (928) 282-4679.

(Neutered Male, Cattle Dog Mix, 76 lbs., Current on all vaccinations and microchipped, Age: 3 years, Arrived at shelter: 7/21/23, Adoption Fee: $100)
