One of Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village’s liveliest events has returned. Cinco de Mayo will be held on May 7 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at a variety of locations throughout Tlaquepaque. Tlaquepaque will be transformed into a feast for the senses with food, live performances and colorful décor nearly everywhere. Cinco de Mayo commemorates an event that led to the independence of Mexico. In honor of that, expect to see flamenco dancers and a mariachi band. Kids can enjoy face painting and an arts and crafts table. Admission is free. Visit tlaq.com for more information.
