JAVA JOLT
Formerly Single Speed Coffee Café, Stronghold Coffee Company serves coffee beans that are certified organic, fair trade and direct trade. Stronghold is currently offering food and beverage delivery. One of Stronghold’s owners, Lynda Apple, tells us that the breakfast burrito – scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, pico de gallo, monterey jack cheese and your choice of meat or veggies that’s all wrapped up in a flour tortilla – is one of the shop’s most popular offerings. Pair your food with espresso-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. You also can order gift cards. Visit strongholdcoffeeco.com for more information.

OVER THE RAINBOW
Nearly two decades ago, former teacher Miranda Sweet took a big risk and opened her boutique Rainbow’s End. “I knew being a young woman business owner would be a challenge, especially 20 years ago, but I was ready to break the glass ceiling,” she says. And smash it she did. Sweet curates an affordable collection of clothing, accessories and local artisan jewelry. Think printed dresses, T-shirts printed with “Happy Camper” and an actual camper printed underneath and silver earrings with the word “wild” emblazoned on them. Rainbow’s End is currently offering free shipping for orders placed over the phone, FaceTime, Facebook and Instagram. Customers can enjoy personal shopping via FaceTime. Look for updates and photos on Facebook and Instagram. Visit shoprainbowsend.com for more information.
