The Highlands Center for Natural History and the City of Prescott are presenting the first ever annual Prescott Plein Air Art Festival. From Oct. 1 to 3, more than 10 artists will work from dawn until dusk at seven Prescott sites capturing the essence of each place. These painting sessions are open to the public.
