Local performers Jeanie Carroll, Shondra Jepperson and Susannah Martin, also known as The Dynamite Divas, along with Red Rockappella Chorus and David Parker will host a concert benefiting the music department of West Sedona School. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students at the door.

The Emerson Theater Collaborative and The Collective Sedona are presenting a production of A Christmas Carol, a radio play written by Philip Grecian based on his own stage play and Charles Dickens’ novella. The show will be told as a radio drama onstage complete with live sound effects and music but with minimal costumes and props. The show features local actors including Michael Peach, Tom and Shondra Jepperson, Joanna Horton, Brad Roberts and Dev Ross. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for students.

When the bell tower chimes 5 p.m., more than 6,000 luminarias will be lit along Tlaquepaque’s cobblestone walkways and courtyards. Specially designated luminarias honoring cancer survivors and victims can be purchased in advance. The afternoon includes live music, seasonal treats and a visit from Santa Claus.


Christmas in the Park

This museum open house features hot cider and cookies, live music, storytelling, book signings and a make-and-take ornament activity. There will be a fire burning in the red rock fireplace at the Jordan house, and a tumbleweed “snowman” will greet visitors.
